Aseriana.Net. This is the ever-evolving and favorite project of the webmaster which has been around for over
five years and still going strong. You are viewing version 23, titled "Mirrorcle", for information on the layout click

Aaaaaaaaah. Our internet was just out
again from the 21st-26th. It's annoying. I had a ton of e-mails and work to do but couldn't do anything but just check from the phone and stare at it like ".... :(" The good news is that it WASN'T our internet companies fault, apparently because of the weather, some of the wiring at the telephone pole got messed up FOR OUR HOUSE ONLY LOL. So, since we have DSL, the internets abandoned me. I know that wouldn't have happened if we had cable internet- but the cable internet company here is HORRIBLE and way more expensive even though the speed is actually almost the same as our DSL. It advertises 8mbps, but when we've speedtested it usually gets like 2-3. We pay for 3mbps with DSL, and GET 3mbps, and spend $15 less than cable. So... I'm trying to stick with it. I think I may go nuts if it happens again though. ANYWAY. So, I've been gone from aseriana.net forever, why? Mostly because I'm lazy. Partly because I'm busy, but mostly because I'm lazy. I've caught some kind of bizarre cold, like 3 weeks ago, and it refuses to go away. And I refuse to go to the doctor, so we'll see how this works out. Hey, when you go through the loooad of medical crap I went through from the age 9-17, you start to avoid doctors. I'm slightly frustrated, because I haven't been sick in such a long time, but I'll get over it- or my husband will drag me, kicking and screaming, to the doctor's office.
My Grandpa also had a heart attack last Monday, and since he lives in the middle of nowhere, they had to take him here to our local hospital to treat him because they can't deal with it where he lives. He's doing ok now, and went home on Thursday. So, you get the general idea, lots going on. Also, thank you for all the good wishes for Yosshi bunny <3 She's 100% healed now and it back to her bouncy bunny self! She has a little scar, but it's hardly noticeable. Well, I've got to shower super bad, so I'm gonna take off! <3
Wow wow wow! I've been super busy this past month. Getting everything in order, dealing with mix ups with our internet company (and really everything else :/). We had satellite tv installed a few days ago too. A couple of my much younger cousins came and stayed with us for the weekend last weekend too and we had a great time. They're really good girls & really well behaved so it was a dream. We spent most of the weekend playing Fatal Frame II. (Yes, that's what I do, corrupt my young female relatives with video games). We played laser tag & mini-golf and just had a blast in general. I'm pretty wore out though after taking care of a couple of girls for almost a week 8D. I'm seriously out of shape. I gained a bunch of weight (literally) the week after I got married and I'm feeling it at this point. I don't even know why I gained it (and especially why I can't lose it), so I think I'm going to have to start excersizing hardcore & go on an even stricter diet. It's irritating because I already do much better than the average person as far as eating healthy- but I mysteriously gained weight. I only gained 10lbs, but I think I'm going to try and lose 20lbs, because I think that will bring me to the perfect weight for my height. (I'm no where near over weight, but have a little extra baggage I'd like to get rid of, which turned into a much bigger feat after gaining 10lbs 8D).
My bunny recently was injured too. Little Yosshi had her bottom lip literally slip open down the center and it caused a frantic rush to find a vet here that treats rabbits. Luckily I found someone perfect (but only after a lot of phone calls to offices saying they only treat dogs & cats -_-). They couldn't even sew it up though because it was too jagged. It would have required them to put her under and then trim off the jagged flesh and stretch and stitch what was left, which is really stressful on buns. So she had to let it heal naturally- but they did give us some antibiotics and now Yosshi is good as new with the exception of a poor little bunny scar. (She doesn't seem to care though :P).
I can't even remember what else has happened... OH, I turned 21 on the 8th. My parents bought me a really nice mountain bike (I wanted one to help get in shape) & my husband bought me a RAZR2, which I loooove. It's the perfect phone for me :) I think I came out pretty good :P. Aaand, that's all I've got for now. End! :D
edit: I started offering cheap domain hosting too btw! Please visit the Network section for more information!
It's been a while. I thought I'd have updated sooner- but I didn't even have an internet connection until
yesterday because our internet company aparently forgot to put our house number on our address so it caused tooons of problems. :/ BUT I finally have my connection back. Our move went VERY well too. We actually managed to get everything moved out of our trailer & cars in about two hours (maybe less). It was so smooth, and thanks to my OCD, unpacking was easy and quick because I'd obsessively organized everything I packed. :P The bunnies love the new house too- especially the yard. It's wonderful to have our own little space where I can sit in the evenings and relax and just watch the bunnies hop and dance and play to their little heart's content!
All in all- our house really is 100% perfect for my husband and I and can it really get any better than that? Perfect location, perfect neighboorhood, perfect price, perfect amount (actually more than we need!) of space. We really love it. I especially love living in the city- since I used to live in the country and it took at least 30 minutes to drive anywhere- so a trip to the grocery store took hours out of my day- and I certainly enjoy the extra time I have because of the shorter travel time. I planted some flowers in front of our house and some grass in the back (the backyard was bare from not being watered, but it is already looking great just from getting watered). Anyway :) Enough of my silly house talk.
Aseriana.Net! I received some emails, link requests, etc. during my absence- I will get to you! I have to sort through all of my personal, business, and aseriana.net stuff that I fell behind on while we didn't have internet- so it may take a week or two- but it WILL get done. :) Once I get that business taken care of I'll move onto some new content for Aseriana.net. <3
This is going to be a relatively short update as that I don't have much time. :x My husband and I are moving on the 15th, and will be busy packing and moving everything until then- and may be without internet for a couple of days once we do move (plus, my OCD will keep me busy unpacking and organizing!). Some big news is, my father has grown SO attached to our bunny, Nana, that we decided it was best to leave her with him instead of taking her with us. So we got her a little bunny friend, a mini-lop my mother named Licorice, and in turn got Yosshi a new friend to keep her company once we move. Who is her friend? None other than her own Mommy! Yep, I rescued her Mommy, who is one of the sweetest bunnies ever!
So for the week we've got left, we're overwhelmed with 8 bunnies! (ok, not overwhelmed, just overwhelmed with bunny love!) I'm so excited to introduce our buns to their brand new BIG bedroom (yes.. we got a place with two bedroom so the bunnies could have their own room) and a big YARD! :D I'm very excited about our move at this point- so there are lots of things to do! Today we bought a washer & dryer set and started putting some of our furniture in the trailer we're hauling it in. Anyway, I've got to go for now- hopefully I'll be back in a couple of weeks! :)
If you hadn't noticed, I've got a new layout up! I'm working hard on keeping my promise of regularly changing the layouts :P I think, at least at the moment, I can say that this layout is one of my favorites of all the layouts I've ever made. I hope everyone else can agree with me! :) In addition to the layout change, I've added new buttons for linking the domain, tweaked most of the pages a bit, added some new links, and finally gotten all of the layouts on ALL of my projects replaced with brand new, shiny layouts! Also, please welcom a couple of new hostees! Please visit
Tourmaline! Once the next hostee has their site finished up I'll be linking them as well. :) I'm very happy to finally have some hostees, since my inactivity last year seemed to scare everyone away! But I have more space on this domain than I know what to do with, so please apply for hosting if you're looking for a host! I'm looking forward to making a new home for tons of rising stars! :)
Also, it has been a while since I've been able to blog here, but it's with good reason! I have fantastic news- my husband and I secured the Duplex we were so enthusiastic about and will be moving this month! Also, the best news in a while, my husband's Green Card was approved this past week. May has definately been a month of good news for us! And, if you notice I don't update the blog for another month- it's strictly due to the pains of moving and not having the opportunity. BUT I will be back as soon as my new home is organized and everything (internet especially) is set up. :)
I would have blogged sooner, but I've had a problem with one of my PHP Databases and have been frustrating myself over that for the past couple of weeks. It's fixed as of last night though, thank goodness. I also finally changed the layout on the
Kagrra, Fanlisting, as that I've been aware that the old blue layout was hard to read for a while now- but haven't had the chance to change it out. Hopefully this design is easier on the eyes. Now I've just got two more fanlistings I need to update designs for and I'll be set for a while. As far as Aseriana.Net goes, I've totally redone and expanded the page about my bunny rabbits. :) And of course a few tweaks here and there. I also added an award that I won for Site of the Month.
I've spent a lot of time sleeping lately, I've been sick as well. I did a thorough cleaning of my bedroom and bathroom though, so hopefully my feeling under the weather was just due to lots of dust. I don't have medical insurance, so I want to wait it out before rushing to the doctor. (Maybe I can wait it out until we have a government that actually provides health care for it's citizens?! Am I right? :D). Sleeping 12+ hours a day isn't really leaving much room to get anything done out of the house, so I'm going to try to get over whatever has been ailing me. In better news though, Nana Bunny has made a full recovery! She's eating solid food and actually firmed that fat tummy up with lots of playtime with her little sister, Yosshi, who is very happy to have her sister back to normal! My husband and I are also applying for the place I mentioned in the last post. We're pretty excited and have shopping around for some home essentials that we don't have.
And lastly, I've been considering hosting domains (for a small fee), since I have more space than I'll ever use on aseriana.net, and I can add lots of add-on domains. If anyone would be interested please leave a comment saying so. I'm not talking about an expensive hosting plan, probably something like $50 or less a year (I haven't put much thought into the definate price). It would probably include 100-200mb storage, 1gb bandwidth, subdomains, ftp accounts, my sql support, etc. Plus $10 a year for registering the domain. I've been through a lot of hosts, so I'll make it competitive. If anyone expresses interest I'll actually set up some prices and get that set up. It's a win win situation, If I host a few people like that, A.net would pay for itself, and the people hosted wouldn't have to pay as much to have a domain as regular web hosts want.
Well, that's it for the moment. I'll be getting to work on those last two sites soon. Bye!
